Retained Search

If you have an urgent, critical hiring need, then an exclusive, retained search arrangement is the way to go. A retained search guarantees 100% dedication and focus on your search until it is filled. It requires an upfront deposit, which is applied to the balance upon search completion. This is a very effective approach to filling key positions very quickly.

Contingency Search

In some cases, a contingency search agreement is appropriate, giving both parties flexibility in how the search is handled. In a contingency arrangement, a fee is only owed if the search is filled by our firm.
